Nullfactor... (title pending)

Well, haven't been updating much, mainly due to the lack of modivation with the lost of so many loved ones all within a certian time frame, mental block, and some computer troubles (must of my newer stuff has been nearly wiped out) nothing too important that I can't get easily enough from the sites comic wise and saves a few things I've been working on. Just got to push on.



Though would also like to share an idea for a wannabe super hero comic that has been buzzing through my head. Know the whole hero spoof or the loser kind of thing has been done with incompetant or generally disorganized heros but alot of them still have pretty cool powers just they themselves arn't so good as the whole hero thing. Was thinking about a group of heroes who have been having a hard time fitting into teams more because of the super powers that they have. It is by being together that no only does there powers ain't effect the team, but they can truely work as a team to become the heroes they have always aspire to be.

So far have come up with four:

The Righhtous Unicorn:
Started off as a gag character, R.U. would grow on me. Given the power of highten strength, speed, agility and stealth by a mystical crystal in the shape of a horn, the Rightous Unicorn strikes fear in the hearts of evil rather they notice him or not. His horn only works when it touches his forehead, hence the unicorn motif. However, his stealth powers makes it hard for people to notice him, including the news and other supers, thus was never asked to join a team.

Scape-Goat:
Another gag character created as a silly excuse for late comics. The Scape-Goat is naturally athletic due to years of being picked on and chased by people he have a habit of blaming him for everything wrong in there lives. Which is exaxtly his real super power, enciting blame towards himself. having limited control of this power made it hard for Scape-Goat to stay on a team for long rather he was being blamed for taking someone's lunch or accused of being a mole.

Nulifier:
A stong induvidual in both strength and convections and always prefers doing things alone. This is due to his power to weaken other supers around him. No matter if they are supers, metas, mutants, psychic or carny, his powers can weaken the powers of both hero and villian. He is even able to shutdown a supers powers just by making physical contact with another super. This is both a gift and a curse. Hard to gain the upper hand when both sides have there powers weakened, or if the villians are out of range. His attitudes doesn't help much as he use to move from team to team before going solo again.

Miss Distress:
She is both strong and athletic and has taken up several types of martial arts in a quest to better herself and the city she lives. However there is just one problem, her power. As her name may suggest, Miss Distress has an uncanning ability to be kidnapped by the villian every single time the villian desides they need a hostage. In addition, any non villian with a Y chromosome or dog within a mile of her is able to save her with ease. At first this was good, for the heros can put a tracier on her to find the villians lair. Though when that trick was discovered and the frequency of her play the damsel, Miss Distress would leave her team to find away to become stronger and more independent, not needed to be saved by Bengy or Wonder Lad.

It is only due to a bizarre combination of there power are they able to work together with out any of the side effects of each of their powers and are able to kickbutt and be the heroes they wanted to be.
